The late Alhaji B. D. Oshodi who became the President of
the Movement was in 1959 the Vice - President.
When the Late Jibril Martin died in Mecca on 13th June 1959,
Alhaji B. D. Oshodi was elected as the President. He held
office from 1959 to 1967.
He was a member of the Missionary Board for many years because
he was very learned in the Holy Koran and Hadiths.
It was during is Presidency that the following institutions
were opened to wit Saka Tinubu
Memorial Grammar School, Orile Agege, Jibril Martin Memorial
Grammar School, Iponri and
Ahmadiyya Grammar School, Benin City.
