The Government, control
and management of the Movement shall vested in the National
Executive Council.
(i) The National Executive Council shall be composed of Representative
elected by the respective Missions whose numbers shall not
be less than 20.
(ii) Nominated Members
Eleven nominated members who shall be selected by the elected
representative after the general election which is held every
3 years from the time inception but which now takes place
every 4 years under the Constitution revised in 1992.
(iii) The head of the Movement is the President assisted
by other officers who shall be elected from amongst members
of the National Executive Council.
(iv) Officers of the Movement: Apart from the President,
there is a Vice President who by virtue of his office shall
perform the duties of the President in the absent of the latter.
There is a National General Secretary with two Assistant
Secretaries, National Treasurer, Finance Secretary, Legal
Adviser, Publicity Officer, Welfare Officer and an Education
Officer who is the Chairman of the Movement's Committee on
Education.
(v) MISSIONS:
The Movement which has grown over the years have spread throughout
Nigeria from its base and Headquarters situate at Lagos at
53/57, Ojo - Giwa Street, Lagos.
The branches in other part of Nigeria are known as Missions
and there are at least 55 Missions in various parts of Nigeria.
(vi) List of Missions:
Lagos, Epe, Ijede, Kaduna, Zaria, Birnin Kebbi, Danbatta,
Ijebu - Ode, Ibadan,
Port Harcourt, Kano, Minna, Funtua, Tegina, Agbowa, Mainland,
Benin, Agege, Ikorodu, Oyo, Shagamu, Iwo, Sokoto, Ara, Ogbomosho,
Iseyin, Asa, Itire, Bode Osi, Oba Oke, Ile-Ogbo, Okeho, Oluponna Missions respectively.
All the Missions have their own Executive Councils headed
by a Chairman, Vice -Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer and other
relevant officers for effective functioning of the
Missions.
TRUSTEES:
The Real properties, freehold or leasehold and other interests
in land for the use of the Movement in Nigeria for any purpose
whatsoever whether for building of the Mosque, Schools and
or for the setting up of the proposed Private University which
the Movement is planning to establish in the nearest future
shall be vested in the Trustees of the Movement.
Presently, there are Six Trustees of the Movement who are
as follows: -

(iii) Alhaji Kafaru Oluwole Tinubu, LLM, CP (Retired)
(iv) Alhaji Rafiu Olayinka Oyenubi - Barrister - at - Law
(v) Alhaji Chief Imam Ahmed Babatunde Yusuff- B. A, Cairo
(vi) Alhaji Prince L. A. B. Katayeyanjue.
